“I started with John Stein in November of 2010. The place where I was at in life was a place of frustration. I felt like in my career I had hit a glass ceiling. I had maxed out my potential and felt like I had stalled. John Maxwell in his book the “21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership” talks about the Law of the Lid. Basically if you rate your leadership ability on a scale of 1 to 10 and you find you are a 5 you are only going to attract people who are a 2, 3, or 4 so the law of the lid says change starts with the leader and the leader needs to increase his lid to a 6, 7, 8, 9, or even 10 to attract higher quality people. John Stein was my solution to this problem. I needed somebody to look at me objectively and take my thoughts to the next level! I am in Financial Services and here is the kind of growth I have experienced! In 2010 my District did 320 Applications.
